At Spring Maple Farm on Monday, October 3rd our last class of the season was
"Fancy Foods for Friends"
We challenged our students in a surprise stuffed mushroom competition. Seven totally different mushroom flavors came out of this fun experiment. Drawing numbers from 1 to 7 was the wild card of seasoning...#1 got first choice of the alternate ingredients to put their personal spin on the mushroom hot hors d'oeuvres. Jane drew first option and chose parmesan cheese to grate into her stuffed mushrooms. Good choice! Congratulations.
